TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

The purpose of the agreement is to permit affiliates to advertise Top Shelf Reach® products on their website and earn commission (or donation if a qualified non-profit 501c3) on the sale of said products.

The affiliate will provide Top Shelf Reach® a website address (if applicable).

The affiliate may display "special links" which provide "tagged" formats the Top Shelf Reach® provides. This will allow Top Shelf Reach® to track and pay commission (or send donation) to the affiliate.

ORDERING PROCESS
Top Shelf Reach® will process orders placed by customer through the special links in a timely manner. the affiliate will be paid commission on a monthly basis.

Tops Shelf Reach® will provide the affiliate an up to date list of products. prices and commission.

Tops Shelf Reach® and the affiliate are independent contractors.

TERMINATION
Top Shelf Reach® or affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time as agreed upon.
