TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

The purpose of the agreement is to permit affiliates to advertise Top Shelf Reach products on their website and earn commission (or donation if a qualified non-profit 501c3) on the sale of said products.

The affiliate will provide Top Shelf Reach a website address (if applicable).

The affiliate may display "special links" which provide "tagged" formats the Top Shelf Reach provides. This will allow Top Shelf Reach to track and pay commission (or send donation) to the affiliate.

ORDERING PROCESS
Top Shelf Reach will process orders placed by customer through the special links in a timely manner. the affiliate will be paid commission on a monthly basis.

Tops Shelf Reach will provide the affiliate an up to date list of products. prices and commission.

Tops Shelf Reach and the affiliate are independent contractors.

TERMINATION
Top Shelf Reach or affiliate may terminate this agreement at any time as agreed upon.
